Can I target specific regions?
Yes! We can run campaign that target specific cities, states/provinces, or countries.
How many runners are on your list and where did they come from?
There are currently 121,000 members* subscribed to the RunGuides email list.
When people use RunGuides we ask them if they would like us to email them about upcoming runs in their area. That is the only way that people join our email list.
We do not purchase lists from any third parties or do any other sketchy stuff to acquire emails.

What results should I expect from an email campaign?
Click through rates as a percentage of total sends are typically 1% – 2%.
Click through rates as a percentage of total opens (reported in Mailchimp) are typically 2.5% – 5%.
Mailchimp reports our average open rates at just over 40%, however Apple’s mail privacy protection update can cause reported open rates to be higher than actual open rates for Apple Mail users. Learn more here

Pricing - How much do dedicated emails cost?
Our minimum rate per email campaign is $250. Email campaigns that are sent to more than 5,000 members are billed at a $50 CPM

If I run a giveaway do I get all of the emails from people who enter?
We give people the option of opting in to receive future emails from you when they enter a giveaway.
You will receive a list of all people who asked to be added to your email list.
What sort of software do you use to run giveaways?
We use software called Woobox to host and run all giveaways. Woobox manages the entries, and automatically selects winners. It also gives people bonus entires if they share the giveaway so that you get the most reach possible during your campaign.
